My workshops and events create space for small business owners and freelancers to step back from the day-to-day and think more intentionally about their work. They’re designed to be practical and interactive, whilst blending creative thinking with clear frameworks you can apply straight away.
Whether you’re joining to learn, reflect, or connect with others experiencing similar challenges, you’ll leave with a fresh perspective, useful tools and a clearer sense of what to do next.
My regular workshops cover topics such as Capacity Planning to Avoid Burnout, Networking Skills for Small Business Owners, Thoughtfully Introducing AI into Your Small Business, Setting Your Strategy, and Time Management. Alongside these, I also run regular networking events for small business owners across West Yorkshire.
I regularly work with groups, communities and mastermind programmes to deliver both bespoke and off-the-shelf workshops on a group booking basis. Each session is shaped around the needs of your group, with further details and available topics outlined via the link below.
These workshops are designed for small business owners and self-employed people who want to step back, think more clearly and make practical progress. You don’t need to be at a particular stage.
No prep is required before the workshops – you can just turn up!
Yes. Workshops are interactive and discussion-based, with space to reflect, share and apply ideas to your own business. You’re always free to participate in a way that feels comfortable for you.
We discuss a lot of topics in depth and therefore sessions aren’t recorded so business owners can discuss as openly as they’d like. I will be introducing self-paced recorded courses soon and you can find the waitlist for these here.
