1. Fees & Participation
- Bookings are non-refundable within 7 days of the workshop or event. If you need to cancel or rearrange more than 7 days in advance, please contact sophie@threebeamsthinking.co.uk
2. Privacy Policy
- Your email address will be used to contact you about the workshop or event you book, including any relevant follow-up communications related to that event.
- You will only be added to the mailing list if you have explicitly opted in.

3. Marketing
- Photos or screenshots may be taken during the event and used for marketing purposes, including on social media, newsletters, and the website. Please let me know before or during the event if you would prefer not to be included.
